About the Role
Shining Star Clinic ABA Therapy Center is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in a clinic-based ABA environment.
This role includes providing direct ABA therapy, supporting behavioral skill development, maintaining documentation, and collaborating closely with clinical staff and families to create a positive therapy experience.
Requirements
• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
